Planner cum Project Admin

Job responsibilities

· Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.

· Track project progress and identify potential delays or schedule impacts.

· Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, consultants, and clients on project planning matters.

· Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

· Maintain project documentation, records, and correspondence.

· Assist in project administration, including submission tracking and document control.

· Monitor manpower allocation and project milestones.

· Attend/Prepare project meetings, presentation materials, and periodic project status reports for
management.

· Support project teams in planning, scheduling, and reporting activities.

· Ensure all project documents are properly filed and updated.

· Handle site enquiries and coordinate site arrangements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in planning and project administration, preferably within the construction, infrastructure (e.g., LTA projects) in Singapore.
  • Software Skills:
  • Strong, hands-on command of Primavera P6 is mandatory.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Project, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Adobe.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, independent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work under strict deadlines
