Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd one of the world's foremost manufacturers of power MOSFETs are located in Nanzih Technology Industrial Park which is home to several semiconductor packaging and advanced semiconductor engineering group. Vishay Siliconix Electronic MOSFET product line includes a diverse range of advanced technologies in more than 30 package types. We are one of the pioneering corporations that invested in semiconductor packaging in Taiwan and going to celebrate our 50rd anniversary in 2024. It is very convenient to visit us through public transportation: 8 bus line and just 8 mins walk from Nanzih Export Processing Zone MRT station and 10 mins drive time from Zuoyang High speed rail station.
What you will be doing:
1.Responsible for scheduling and planning the production input and output within corporate policies, in order to fully utilize the production capacity and maximum the revenue target and meet customer’s order demand.
依據公司政策，負責擬定生產投入與產出計畫，以確保產能利用率極大化，達成營收目標並滿足客戶訂單需求。
2.Control the assembly and Finished Goods inventory to corporate target.
有效管控組裝在製品（WIP）與成品庫存（Finished Goods），確保庫存水平符合公司設定之目標。
3.Responsible for on time delivery負責追蹤準時交貨（On-Time Delivery）表現，確保客戶滿意度。
4.Order scheduling and commitment to meet build plan from Business
Planning執行訂單排程並給予精確交期承諾，以確保生產執行進度與業務單位（Business Planning）的生產藍圖高度一致。
5.Submit the material demand for 4 periods.負責提交未來四個週期（4 Periods）的物料需求預測
6.Updated the materials requirement if actual/forecast is changed. 視實際訂單與預測（Forecast）變動，滾動式調整物料需求計畫。
7.Maintain the production WIP and piece parts inventory are under company target.
監控並優化 生產現在製品 (WIP) 與零組件庫存水位，確保其符合公司營運目標與周轉率指標。
8.Follow corporate planning’s requirement to push parts out and arrange drop-shipment to customer, provide the sales order#, ship to address, part#, and quantity to product store and traffic.
協調零件撥補與客戶直發 (Drop-shipment) 業務； 精確管理銷售訂單 (SO) 與出貨明細，確保與倉儲及運輸單位之資訊傳遞零誤差。
9.maintain / set up the PROMIS part master file for all the new part
負責維護並建立 PROMIS 系統中新產品的料號主檔（Part Master File），確保資料正確性
10.Review the production daily output of all packages, ensure proper action to be taken to meet the target.
每日審核各封裝產品（Packages）的產出狀況，針對進度落後者即時採取因應措施，確保達成產出目標。.
What you will bring along:
- At least 0-3 years Experience in semiconductor’s Field is preferred
