Planning Analyst

Overview

Location: Hybrid. Pittsburgh, PAJob Type: Full Time / PermanentWork Authorization: “no C2C” or “no sponsorship”

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Planning Analyst. Ideal candidates must have 4+ years experience as an Analyst with experience working on budgeting, strong Power BI experience, and the ability to analyze large data sets to identify trends and performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Track pricing scenarios and matter budgets
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations
• Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests
• Work across multiple departments including Finance, marketing, IT, and Legal
• Identify scope projects and provide insights to refine matter management and performance

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related
• MBA preferred

Experience Required:

• 4+ years working experience as a Business Analyst handling budgeting
• Experience with Power BI, including Power Query Editor and DAX
• Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet and HighQ
• Strong analytical skills with experience streamlining workflows
• Experience training and developing training materials
