Position Summary:

The Plant Maintenance Lead assists the Plant Maintenance manager and supports operations at the precast manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for ensuring all non-heavy equipment and machinery operate safely and efficiently with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all daily plant maintenance activities
• Assist with preventative and corrective maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment
• Routine maintenance of equipment and machinery
• Ensure safety compliance and equipment reliability
• Assist with maintaining maintenance records and reports

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years maintenance leadership experience
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred, but not required
• Minimum of 2 years electrical / plumbing experience
• High School diploma or equivalent

Work Environment:

• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions for long periods of time.
• Work performed on active manufacturing site
