<\/span><\/span>Lead the overall Quality Assurance function across New Product Development (NPD) and ongoing operations, ensuring robust quality systems, zero\-defect mindset, and alignment with customer and regulatory requirements.
This role works closely with Design, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Customer teams to establish robust quality processes and ensure defect\-free product launches and sustained operational excellence.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Ensure implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Develop, review, and enforce quality procedures, SOPs, control plans, inspection standards, and quality documentation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Ensure compliance with customer\-specific requirements, statutory, and regulatory standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Conduct periodic system reviews to ensure process effectiveness and compliance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    <\/span>2. New Product Development (NPD) Quality<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Lead Quality Assurance activities during New Product Development (NPD) from design validation to production readiness.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Participate in design reviews, feasibility studies, DFMEA, and PFMEA activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ensure quality requirements are defined and integrated into product and process design.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Review engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and technical specifications.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Lead APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities and milestone tracking.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Prepare, review, and approve PPAP documentation including:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Develop inspection plans and validation methods for new and existing products and processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Validate dimensional and functional requirements using CMM and precision measuring instruments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Perform and review GD&T inspections including runout, concentricity, flatness, perpendicularity, and positional accuracy.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Ensure manufacturing process capability for CNC machining, grinding, assembly, and precision manufacturing processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Conduct process capability studies (Cp, Cpk) and implement actions for process improvement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Establish process controls to ensure consistent product quality.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span>
          <\/span><\/span>4. Incoming, In\-Process & Final Quality Control<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Monitor Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In\-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Final Inspection activities for following process,CNC Machining, Grinding, Machine assembly, Special process(Heat treatment,Painting).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Ensure products comply with specifications, drawings, customer requirements, and quality standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Review and approve inspection reports, quality records, deviation requests, and concession approvals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Ensure proper implementation of inspection frequencies, sampling plans, and quality checkpoints.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
