Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our construction and renovation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for surface preparation, plastering works, and finishing of walls and ceilings for residential and commercial projects across Singapore.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, and applying bonding agents

• Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, partitions, and façades

• Mix plaster materials to the correct consistency

• Install plasterboard and cornices where required

• Repair cracks, damaged plaster, and uneven surfaces

• Ensure smooth and high-quality finishing

• Follow site safety rules and company work procedures

• Work with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines

• Maintain tools and keep work areas clean and safe

Requirements

• Ability to read basic construction drawings and instructions

• Physically fit and able to work on site

• Knowledge of workplace safety practices

• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and at different job locations when required

• Team player with good work attitude and reliability
