Perform wall and ceiling plastering to achieve smooth, even surfaces according to project specifications
Prepare and mix cement, mortar, and related materials accurately to ensure proper consistency for plastering tasks
Carry out surface preparation and finishing works to ready walls and ceilings for final application and appearance
Monitor and maintain quality workmanship by inspecting plastered surfaces and correcting defects promptly
Comply with site safety regulations by following safety procedures and using protective equipment consistently
Support general construction activities by assisting team members with tasks as needed to meet project deadlines
Adapt to work schedules including overtime, weekends, and public holidays to fulfill project requirements
