What is the role that we need?
Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/div>

  • Collect and document business requirements for project including training on support activities for operational process and
    business improvements/automation efforts
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end\-
    to\-end use cases
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Develop, implement, and execute operating procedures
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Identify issues and risks and participate in problem resolution
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Work closely with Client Service, Operations, Enterprise and other internal Customer departments
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Review data source and reporting for accuracy and completeness
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other data management applications to automate reporting and analysis
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct data acquisition, prep, and analysis as a business need arises
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Assist in implementing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Design and develop and assist in preparation of recurring and ad\-hoc analysis/reports
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure data integrity for all standardized and customizable reporting
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Evaluate/design new and existing macros, queries, dashboards and report/automation logic
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Other ad hoc tasks or activities associated with the Platform Ops support function and/or tasks within the capability and pay grade of the team member as may be assigned.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    Job Requirements and Credentials:

    Essential (MUST HAVE)<\/span><\/span><\/div>

    <\/div>
    • College Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Administration<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Moderate skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, Pivot Tables, VBA, and macros<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experienced in detailed operational data reconciliation<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Solid written and verbal communication and the ability to work with customers
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Multi\-tasking and deadline orientation are essential
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to work in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Dependability and the ability to maintain utmost confidentiality in dealing with business information

      Desired (Plus but not a requirement)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • 1+ year relevant experience preferred, but not required<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Computer skills: MS SQL and VBA for Excel are preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experienced at capturing and analyzing relevant data for formulating recommendations is a plus<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to summarize information utilizing charts and graphs using MS PowerPoint or Dashboard tools is a plus<\/span>\u200b<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
