What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of plumbing technicians in the field, promoting a high-performance culture
- Oversee daily service operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
- Provide hands-on support with troubleshooting and resolving complex plumbing issues
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Track team performance, provide coaching, and hold technicians accountable to goals and expectations
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7- years of plumbing experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Advanced knowledge of plumbing systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR
