Plumbing Project Manager

Plumbing Project Manager in Irvine, CA

We are a large Mechanical Contractor and work on some of CA’s biggest and best projects.

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple large-scale Mechanical projects

- Build and strengthen relationships with our clients (both GC’s and Owners)

- Build/Engineer Plans, Estimate projects, Get GC and/or Owner approval, Complete Projects (managing multiple projects at same time)

- Coordinate schedules and timelines with other trades

- Work with Suppliers and Vendors to get materials delivered on-time and stay within budget

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience

- Knowledge in Design, Estimating, and Project Management of large-scale Mechanical projects

- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering

- PE License

- Experience working with AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam, Quickpen, Excel, MS Project, and other BIM-Related applications like Navisworks
