PMO Analyst (Banking) - Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the project management office and implementation of IT Infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to project governance standard
  • Assist and perform project management dashboard including regular project reporting
  • Tracking and manage budget planning and utilization including payment related tasks to our planning team and vendor
  • Tracking and manage resource plan and utilization including resource hiring coordination
  • Facilitate project meeting including preparing agenda, meeting minutes, following up on action items
  • Work and collaborate under the guidance of other senior members to assist project delivery aligns with established schedule, budget and quality
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assist in overall project and team related administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in PMO and/or project management within the banking or IT infrastructure sectors
  • Familiarity with vendor management processes and practices
  • Familiar with budget and financial management
  • Knowledge and practice of resource management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good to Have:

  • PM or PMO certification (e.g. CAPM, PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
  • Hands‑on skills with analytical and reporting tools such as Power BI and Power Automate are a strong advantage
