PMO Analyst (Banking) - Contract
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the project management office and implementation of IT Infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to project governance standard
- Assist and perform project management dashboard including regular project reporting
- Tracking and manage budget planning and utilization including payment related tasks to our planning team and vendor
- Tracking and manage resource plan and utilization including resource hiring coordination
- Facilitate project meeting including preparing agenda, meeting minutes, following up on action items
- Work and collaborate under the guidance of other senior members to assist project delivery aligns with established schedule, budget and quality
- Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist in overall project and team related administrative tasks
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in PMO and/or project management within the banking or IT infrastructure sectors
- Familiarity with vendor management processes and practices
- Familiar with budget and financial management
- Knowledge and practice of resource management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good to Have:
- PM or PMO certification (e.g. CAPM, PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
- Hands‑on skills with analytical and reporting tools such as Power BI and Power Automate are a strong advantage
