PMO (Project Management Office) (Banking / Financial) (Ref 26463)

Responsibilities

• As PMO, support PM with creating documents, facilitate session and so on.

• Support to manage project lifecycle, from requirement, design, technical construction, testing, acceptance, training, documentation and implementation, in accordance with the Project Management Process and Methodology.

• Understanding for business requirements, and system architecture and system design.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, ensuring strong cross functional teamwork and alignment to project goals and objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.

• Around 4 to 5 years of working experience.

• Experience in multinational projects or working in global teams

• Experience IT project manager or project management office.

• Understanding the overview or experience in at least two of the following areas:

• Foreign Exchange (FX)

• Money Market (MM)

• Derivatives (Mainly, Interest Rate Swap / Cross Currency Swap)

• Bonds

• FAST/GIRO Payment

• XB/MEPS Payment

• Skilled in creating clear and professional business flow diagrams and system configuration diagrams using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, strong communication and team collaboration skills.
