\n As the PMO, you will play a pivotal role in driving project management processes and agile practices within our organization. Success in this position involves establishing and maintaining project management standards, facilitating agile ceremonies, and ensuring effective collaboration among cross\-functional teams. Requirements<\/h3>\n \n - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n - 5+ years of experience in project management or scrum master roles, with a focus on software development projects.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification is required.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n - Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n - Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other agile collaboration tools.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n - Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n - Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and overcoming obstacles.
