Policy Servicing Specialist (High-Net-Worth) | Contract

Overview
A leading life insurance organisation is seeking an experienced High Net Worth Policy Servicing Specialist to provide policy administration and servicing support for high-net-worth insurance clients. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service to policyholders, distributors, and business partners while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal service standards.


The successful candidate will play a key role in policy servicing operations, handling policy amendments, reviewing legal documentation, supporting business initiatives, and maintaining operational excellence within a regulated insurance environment.


Key Responsibilities
Policy Servicing & Customer Support

  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from distributors, relationship managers, and business partners across various communication channels.
  • Process policy servicing requests, including policy amendments and maintenance activities, within agreed service standards.
  • Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to policyholders and distribution channels.


Policy Administration & Documentation

  • Review and manage legal documentation relating to policy assignments, collateral arrangements, trusts, and other ownership-related changes.
  • Support the administration and maintenance of high-net-worth insurance policies throughout the policy lifecycle.
  • Prepare and issue month-end policy reports and statements requested by distributors and banking partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within policy administration systems.


Process & Operational Support

  • Support product launches, system enhancements, process improvements, and operational initiatives.
  • Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure processes remain current and compliant.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, reviews, and operational activities assigned by management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.


Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Banking, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Life Insurance Policy Servicing, Policy Administration, or Insurance Operations.
  • Solid knowledge of life insurance products, policy servicing processes, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Experience handling policy amendments, ownership changes, assignments, trust arrangements, and related servicing activities.
  • Familiarity with Life Insurance Policy Administration Systems, Workflow Management Systems, and Imaging Systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Familiarity with insurance compliance, governance, and operational control requirements.
