Pool Manager

The Pool Tech Manager is responsible for establishing a clean, safe and relaxing environment for guests of pool while ensuring uncompromising levels of guest service are provided. Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day operations of pool, creates a happy and motivated team and ensure the smooth operation of the pool

As a Pool Tech Manager, you will:

  • Interview and select potential employees, review employee’s performance, disciplining and separating employees as needed, schedule staff based on business needs
  • Train employees on proper procedures and policies, guest relations and assigned duties
  • Inspect and maintain entire recreational deck
  • Insure safest possible facility for guests
  • Physically inspects recreation deck to guest hazards and miscellaneous maintenance and orders work as needed
  • To attend hotel operations meetings, safety meetings, pre-convention receptions, and other various committee meetings
  • Is knowledgeable about the facility, the property, and its amenities in order to effectively communicate with guests
  • Other duties as assigned

  • ​​​​​​Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
  • Aquatics Facilitator Operator (AFO) Preferred
  • Ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision/multiple interruptions, exercise judgment and adapt instructions/directions from one assignment to another
  • Valid State Driver’s License
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
