Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Engagement to ensure best guest experience
- Assist at the counter which includes Cashiering, Release of Orders to guests & delivery riders, and assisting with queries
- Ensure order accuracy
- Ensure cleanliness of lobby and counter areas at all times
- Ensure Food safety, Hygiene and Guest Experience Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to the highest standards
- Ensure that Self-Ordering Kiosks (SOKs) are functioning during restaurant operating hours
- Assist with restaurant operational trackers and to gather guest feedback
- Assist with the disposal of lobby rubbish
- Adhere to brand operations standards
- Guest Experience Manager to manage the above tasks and to lead the guest experience crew(s) within the restaurant
Pre-requisites:
- With or without experience are welcome (training will be provided)
- Pleasant personality
- Proactive in learning
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Need to work on weekends / Public Holidays / Shift Work
- 5 Day / 6 Day Work Week Packages Available (Full-Timers)!
Working Hours / Location
- Rotating shifts (Restaurant Operating Hours)
- AM/PM/Overnight shift available
- Part-time position from S$11.50 -$13.50/hour (min. 22 work hours per week)
