Job Summary

The Service Receptionist will answer and route incoming calls, take messages and provide information to all callers. The Service Receptionist will perform cashier duties for the Service Department and Boutique. The Service Receptionist is responsible for scheduling customer appointments and supports the location with administrative duties as needed.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answers incoming phone calls.
  • Schedule customers for Service appointments
  • Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Performs Cashier duties for Service customers and for boutique sales.
  • Types memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
  • Scans documents as needed
  • Assists with clerical duties as requested.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
