Port Operations Coordinator

Salary: Up to $3,500/month

Location: Pasir Panjang / Tuas / Near VivoCity(assigned by company)

Transport provided for Tuas location

Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts (7:30 AM– 7:30 PM / 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM)

Shift pattern: Work 3 days, off 2 days

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily vessel operations and ensure smooth turnaround schedules
• Oversee container yard and quayside activities to ensure efficient cargo movement
• Monitor real-time operations using Terminal Operations Systems and respond to changes or disruptions
• Plan and allocate manpower and equipment to meet operational requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Willing to work rotating shifts
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in operations, logistics, or port environment is an advantage
