QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma, Fluency in English; Spanish is plus.
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a transportation or hospitality setting is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage, work outdoors, and stay on your feet for long hours.
- Friendly, professional, and able to assist passengers with a positive attitude, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Efficiently handle tasks within tight schedules, especially during peak hours or busy travel seasons.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to quickly address any issues that arise, such as handling lost luggage or responding to passenger concerns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers with luggage.
- Maintain cleanliness of working area.
- Provide information to customers about schedules and services.
- Tag luggage in accordance with travel destination.
- Assist with distributing of luggage at the luggage area.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout the terminal.
- Candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, a team player, and adaptable to changing tasks in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
