QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma, Fluency in English; Spanish is plus.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a transportation or hospitality setting is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage, work outdoors, and stay on your feet for long hours.
  • Friendly, professional, and able to assist passengers with a positive attitude, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Efficiently handle tasks within tight schedules, especially during peak hours or busy travel seasons.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to quickly address any issues that arise, such as handling lost luggage or responding to passenger concerns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist customers with luggage.
  • Maintain cleanliness of working area.
  • Provide information to customers about schedules and services.
  • Tag luggage in accordance with travel destination.
  • Assist with distributing of luggage at the luggage area.
  • Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout the terminal.
  • Candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, a team player, and adaptable to changing tasks in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
