You will:

What You’ll Do

• Assist passengers with luggage during arrival and departure
• Help organize, tag, and distribute luggage based on destination
• Support vessel arrivals and departures by assisting dock operations
• Guide passengers safely during boarding and disembarking
• Provide general information to customers regarding schedules and services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work environment
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus

Experience

• Previous experience in transportation, hospitality, or customer service is an asset, but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Friendly and professional approach when assisting passengers
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently during busy periods
• Comfortable handling luggage and performing active, hands-on tasks
• Ability to respond quickly to customer needs and operational demands
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
