We are currently looking for a Full Time Porter for a 252 Apartment Complex located in Sonora, California.

Job Duties
Provide a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance and operation of buildings and grounds including, but not limited to:

• Responsible for meticulous cleanup of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots and other community grounds by collection and disposal of waste and debris.
• Safely dispose of hazardous materials. - Keeps streets and rights-of-way clean and free of debris. - Assists with the collection and disposal of bulky trash, debris, and limbs. - Manually loads / unloads materials onto vehicles.
• Uses hand and power tools in various manual tasks as required.
• Performs routine maintenance and cleaning of assigned tools and equipment.
• Assists co-workers with various duties as required. - Maintains accurate records of work performed. - Performs all duties in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and standards of quality and safety.
• Minor maintenance of other areas of community as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain equipment and supplies used to perform job.
• Inform supervisor when maintenance supplies are low.
• Drive a vehicle or walk from site to site to conduct work. - Attend training as required to maintain or enhance job knowledge and skills.
