Job requirements

Analyst
Role Summary:
The Analyst supports client implementation and delivery by resolving participant-level issues and executing client-specific processes accurately and on time. This role ensures compliance with service standards, monitors operational trends, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts. Analysts collaborate closely with Lead Analysts and Coordinators to maintain client health and satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Client Support
o Resolve Tier 2 participant issues and manage participant logs.
o Execute client-specific processes (premium remittance, open enrollment, carrier/vendor processing)
o Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in workflow tools.
o Create and Execute test plans for new client implementations, open
o enrollment changes and product upgrades
• Operational Excellence
o Monitor SLA adherence and identify areas for improvement.
o Support audits, renewals, and special projects as needed.
• Collaboration
o Work with Lead Analysts and Coordinators to ensure smooth delivery and client health.
o Escalate complex issues appropriately and assist in remediation plans.

What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in Benefits Administration or related operations role.
• Familiarity with benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workflow tools.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
• Key Skills:
o Technical Skills: Quality Audit, Technical Writing, Data Lifecycle
o Domain Knowledge:
Benefits Administration, Carrier Connectivity & EDI
o Standards, Health and Benefits Plans, Open Enrollment Lifecycle & Communications
