Power BI Developer - SoFi

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
• Create data models, relationships, and optimized DAX measures
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Power Query
• Ensure data accuracy through validation and reconciliation with source systems
• Work with large datasets and optimize performance of reports and queries
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into BI solutions
• Automate reporting processes and reduce manual effort
• Implement data security (RLS) and governance standards
• Troubleshoot report issues and ensure timely delivery

• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (Dashboarding, DAX, Data Modeling)
• Good knowledge of SQL (Joins, Aggregations, Stored Procedures)
• Experience with Power Query / ETL processes
• Understanding of data validation and reporting accuracy checks
• Ability to handle large datasets and optimize performance

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
