Power Platform Developer - 12 months agency contract

Duration: 1 year

Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm, Monday - Fridays. Standby and shift work may be required

Location: West

Responsibilities:

• Develop applications using Power Platform (Canvas, Model-Driven Apps, Power Apps Portals)
• Customize, configure, integrate, and extend Power Apps capabilities
• Support development teams and assist in requirement gathering
• Apply Power Apps with a strong understanding of customization, configuration, integration, extensibility, boundaries, and constraints
• Assist in collecting and identifying functional requirements
• Identify and troubleshoot bugs or potential product issues
• Leverage new approaches for system design and functionality improvements
• Address and remediate security vulnerabilities in Power Apps
• Work directly with clients to support projects and solutions
• Develop Power Apps (model-driven, canvas apps, portals) and manage solution migration across environments
• Support production cutovers and deployments
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions based on client needs
• Install and configure data gateways
• Develop Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power BI reports
• Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support within Microsoft 365
• Design end-to-end solutions to improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes using Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps – Canvas, Model-Driven Apps, Power Apps Portals)
• Strong experience in customization, configuration, integration, and extension of Power Apps
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint and Office 365
• Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions)
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and data visualization
• Experience in data gateway installation and configuration
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management, including packaging, migration, and deployments
• Understanding of security best practices and vulnerability remediation
• Experience in requirement gathering and functional analysis
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with clients/stakeholders in project delivery
• Good understanding of system design principles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Certifications:

• PL-200 – Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant
• MB-230 – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant
