Job Summary
MOR PPM, Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator supporting various customers and projects in multiple locations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan meetings and special events.
- Manage and coordinate bid log development.
- Manage and follow up on Worker’s Compensation, Auto, Liability and other Claims.
- Assist with development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures across the enterprise.
- Assist with creation and any backup support needed for proposal development.
- Manage and assist with System Integration Management.
- Coordinate all certificates of insurance.
- Lead the Business Continuity Plan.
- Review contracts for proper language and coordinate with internal counsel.
- Manage the state contractor’s license and continuity.
- Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
- Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
- Assist the President, CFO, Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, Safety Director, and HR Director with special projects.
- Assist HR with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently collaborate with team members.
- College Education preferred.
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in project management.
- Strong planning and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility, and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Demands
- May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above
- Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas
- Must have full range of motion consistent with age
- Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders
- Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises
- Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces
- Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
