PR Executive Senior

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clients in the tourism and aviation sector, acting as the main point of contact in Public Relations.

  • Participate in regular status calls as requested by the client.

  • Draft press releases, pitches, and press kits, and properly distribute them to the Brazilian press.

  • Coordinate events with the traditional press, as well as bloggers and influencers.

  • Organize and accompany press trips to the serviced destinations.

  • Produce and send detailed reports on activities and results, according to the client's needs.

  • Organize and coordinate other PR, Digital, and End-Consumer initiatives, according to the clients' action needs.

  • Coordinate client visits to the market in Brazil, including schedule management.

  • Proactively send clients' information and news to journalists.

  • Execute the creative development of strategic public relations plans.

  • Assist in the management of the company's new business, as instructed by the area manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably in the Travel and Tourism sector.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written).

  • Experience in the daily management of international clients.

  • Good knowledge of and connections with the Brazilian press.

  • Availability to travel (national and international).

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proactivity.

  • Organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Valid personal documentation for national and international travel.

Nice-to-haves:

  • A valid US visa will be considered a plus.

  • Ease in receiving and accompanying international clients in Brazil, suggesting local experiences and ensuring a great reception.

About the position:

  • Location: São Paulo – Av. Paulista region.

  • Hybrid work model.

  • Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
