We are looking for a Public Relations & Partnerships Manager with a flair for brand communication, storytelling, and brand guardianship with established relationships currently in place with local government, media entities, and ideally IP owners in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Core Responsibilities
• Define and deliver the short- and long-term PR strategy for MEA focused on reputation, influence, and earned media impact
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, IP owners, cultural institutions, and strategic brand collaborators (gaming / automotive / entertainment) across UAE, Saudi, and the wider MEA region
• Identify and unlock high-impact storytelling opportunities that elevate brand relevance across diverse audiences
• Lead the local PR plan execution in partnership with the external PR Agencies managing projects across key geographies, that establish and deliver metrics
• Own the 'After Action Review' process and provide analytics that support performance metrics
• Actively collaborate with the Global Communications Team across channels and touchpoints
• Be an active sparring partner to the MEA Leadership Team as well as global Corporate Communications team cascading critical internal communications within the MEA Business Unit.
• Coordinate with the Brand and Media team on PR calendar planning and execution across various media channels

Sitting in a wonderful brand within our Dubai based team consisting of different functions (Brand, Shopper, Media) this role will be key to how we communicate a clear tone of voice for the LEGO® brand across different PR and partnership channels building lasting relationships with customers and shoppers across the Middle East & Africa that engage and inspire audiences and put outstanding toys into the hands of happy children.

Do you have what it takes?
• In-depth experience in Public Relations in an international consumer goods company or a large local company in UAE
• Established and current working relationships with local governmental institutions and media in UAE (advantage: same in Saudi Arabia).
• Experience with coordination of a diverse panel of both internal and external partners, leading cross functional projects and setting clear expectations, adapting to setbacks and challenges and through convincing communication and informal leadership forges a clear pathway to success.
• Able to work independently within a high level of uncertainty, change, and ambiguity.
• Strong business proficiency in English both written and spoken is crucial (advantage: fluency in Arabic).

• Work independently with advanced knowledge, tasks are assigned with limited or no explanation

• Handle conflicts in negotiation with some guidance

• May manage ad-hoc projects or processes with support from senior colleagues
