What will you be doing here?

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Practicante HRBP. En este rol, apoyarás la implementación de iniciativas de gestión humana para las áreas cliente, acompañando a líderes y equipos en procesos clave de Recursos Humanos, transformación cultural y desarrollo de equipos de alto rendimiento.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Principales funciones serán:

  • Apoyo en las acciones en los procesos de reclutamiento, selección y contratación de los colaboradores.

  • Apoyo en las acciones y propuestas en los procesos de inicio, inducción corporativa y capacitación de los colaboradores.

  • Apoyar en gestiones de relaciones laborales, gestión del desempeño y cultura organizacional.

  • Apoyar en los diversos procesos y programas de Bienestar laboral.

  • Apoyar en la atención y acompañamiento de las consultas de los colaboradores.

Conocimientos y Requisitos

  • Estudiantes de 7mo y 8vo ciclo de la carrera de Psicología, Administración, ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

  • Deseable conocimiento de procesos de Recursos Humanos, reclutamiento y selección.

  • Conocimiento de Office a nivel intermedio: Power Point, Excel y Word.
