Our Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Centre Leader to lead our Burleigh Heads dental centre.

This established 4-chair clinic has a loyal patient base, a supportive team, and significant opportunity for future growth. It's an exciting opportunity for a leader who enjoys building strong relationships, developing teams, and driving operational success.

You'll have the autonomy to make a genuine impact on the centre while being supported by an experienced Regional Leader and a wider national network.

This role would ideally suit an experienced Practice Manager, Centre Leader or healthcare leader from a dental or medical background who is looking to take ownership of a clinic and help unlock its full potential.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the centre

• Managing team performance, rostering and workflow

• Coordinating patient journeys and ensuring an exceptional patient experience

• Supporting practitioners and clinical teams to deliver high-quality care

• Monitoring centre performance and identifying opportunities for growth

• Building a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture

• Partnering with your Regional Leader to drive centre success

You are a confident and approachable leader who enjoys balancing people leadership with operational excellence.

You'll bring:

• Previous leadership experience in dental, medical or healthcare environments

• Experience managing daily operations, rostering and patient coordination

• Strong people leadership and team development skills

• Ability to drive performance, engagement and patient satisfaction outcomes

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capability

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commercial mindset
