Pre-Employment Verifier

Please note that only candidates who are willing to work in our office in Quezon City will be considered.

We are seeking a hardworking and diligent individual to join our team as a Verifier. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information provided by the client’s candidates during the pre-employment screening process. The Pre-Employment Verifier will be responsible for verifying employment history, educational credentials, and other relevant information.
  • Employment Verification: Verify the employment history of job applicants by contacting
    previous employers to confirm dates of employment, job titles, and other relevant information.
  • Education Verification: Confirm the educational credentials of candidates by contacting
    educational institutions and validating degrees, certifications, and other qualifications.
  • Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks to validate the professional reputation and
    performance of applicants.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all verification
    activities.
  • Operational Support: Different tasks may be assigned to meet business needs.
  • Great Customer Service.
  • Excellent phone etiquette: This is a call center environment; verifiers are expected to make 100-
    200 calls a day.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products.
  • Experience with B2B Calls.
  • 2 years + experience calling in the US preferred.
