Pre Primary Teacher

9. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Guide and mentor pre\-primary teachers and\nassistant staff<\/span><\/span>
10. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct\nstaff meetings and training sessions<\/span><\/span>
11. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support\nnew teachers with orientation and curriculum planning<\/span><\/span>
12. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure\ndevelopmental records and portfolios are maintained<\/span><\/span>
13. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct\nparent orientation programs and PTMs<\/span><\/span>
14. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Address\nparent concerns and ensure positive communication<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Education / Early Childhood\nEducation<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

2. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Diploma / Certification in ECCE / NTT<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

3. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>B.Ed (preferred)<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

4. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>3\u20135 years of experience in Pre\-Primary teaching<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

5. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>1\u20132 years of supervisory/leadership experience\npreferred<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

6. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Curriculum planning and implementation skills<\/span><\/span>
