Pre-Qualification Expert
The purpose of the role is to provide the Customer Sales Centre with a service by performing a financial assessment and producing a pre-qualification certificate that accurately reflects the customers buying power.
- Conducting financial assessments and affordability evaluations.
- Providing feedback and updates to the stakeholders.
- Issuing pre-qualification outcomes.
- Delivering a high standard of service.
- Grade 12/Matric
- Home Loan experience (preferable)
- Customer Service experience
