1. Objectives of the Call<\/b>

The objective of this call is to:

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Establish\na database of pre\-qualified contractors for rapid mobilization on projects.
2. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure\ncontractors meet regulatory, professional, and compliance standards in\nengineering services.
3. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Engage\ncontractors who can provide cost\-effective, high\-quality, and timely services.
4. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Enhance\nSynkron International\u2019s capacity to deliver specialized and large\-scale\nengineering projects.
5. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Promote\ninnovation in industrial automation and mechatronics.
6. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strengthen\npartnerships with contractors who prioritize safety, quality assurance, and\nsustainability.
7. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide\ntransparency and competitiveness in the contractor engagement process.

2. Scope of Work<\/b>
<\/p>

Contractors will provide specialized\nengineering services in mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic engineering.\nThe scope includes, but is not limited to:
<\/p>

A. Mechanical Engineering<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Installation, servicing, and maintenance of\nindustrial machinery.
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly\nworks.
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Preventive and corrective maintenance.
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Calibration and alignment of rotating equipment.
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>HVAC and piping systems installation and\nmaintenance.
<\/span><\/div>

B. Electrical Engineering<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Electrical installations (industrial wiring,\ncabling, lighting).
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Transformer and switch gear servicing.
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Panel building and automation systems.
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Energy audits and power factor correction.
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Testing, inspection, and certification of\nelectrical systems.
<\/span><\/div>

C. Mechatronic Engineering &\nAutomation<\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Design and integration of automation and\nrobotics.
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>PLC programming, testing, and troubleshooting.
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>System calibration and optimization.
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Industrial sensors and instrumentation services.
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions.

Requirements<\/h3>

1. Eligibility & Requirements<\/b>

A<\/b>. Applicants must provide evidence of\nthe following:

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Individual\nProfile (highlighting relevant experience \u2013 at least 5 years).
<\/span>2. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Professional\nCertifications/Licenses (EBK, IEK, EPRA, TVETA, OSHA, NEMA).
<\/span>3. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Evidence\nof Similar Assignments (minimum 3 references in the last 5 years).
<\/span>4. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>List\nof Tools, Equipment & Technology relevant to the scope.
<\/span>5. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Quoting\nof Hourly/Daily Rates for skilled and unskilled labor.

B.<\/b> Candidates must demonstrate proven electrical and/or mechanical experience with industrial machinery used in FMCG production, processing, and packaging environments. This includes hands\-on expertise with equipment such as conveyor systems, labellers, bottle washers, filling lines, boilers, pasteurizers, mixers and blenders, case washers, palletizers and depalletizers, packers and unpackers, sleeve labellers, inspection units, and PET blow moulders.
