Pre-Sales Architect (Govt and Public Sector)

Job Summary

The “Govt and Public Sector” Pre-Sales Lead/Pre-Sales Architect is a subject matter expert in broader application services (Application development, Application maintenance, Application Modernization, UI/UX, CRM/ERP etc) with Singapore Govt and Public Sector know-how.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to define, demonstrate, and build tailored solutions while estimating project opportunities in the government and public sector
  • Analyze industry trends and client challenges to develop value-driven propositions for prioritized industries
  • Design and implement Go-To-Market strategies for Singapore aligned with NTT DATA Group’s application services portfolio across geographies and industries
  • Identify target customers and match relevant application-specific solutions to enhance sales effectiveness within Sales League
  • Engage proactively in client discussions to uncover new business opportunities and advance them with Sales Teams
  • Support Sales Teams during pre-sales activities including customer engagement pitches, solutioning, and proposal development
  • Leverage global capabilities such as Centers of Excellence, Global Delivery Centers, and local practices to optimize sales and delivery solutions
  • Differentiate NTT DATA’s application services proposals by innovating with Group assets like CX, AI Labs, Innovation Center, Robotics Lab, and Research Centres
  • Contribute to recruitment and reskilling strategies by aligning market demand with skill supply plans to support organizational growth
  • Develop and implement platform migration and upgrade plans to ensure seamless technology transitions
  • Guide development teams through design, testing, and modification phases to ensure solution quality and alignment with client requirements

Required competencies and certifications

  • Demonstrated expertise with at least 10 years of experience in consulting and/or IT services
  • Proven leadership in application services projects delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Experience in strategic selling to Singapore Government and Public Sector customers
  • Ability to integrate business perspectives with technological solutions effectively
  • Established CxO-level relationships in Singapore with both business and IT stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore Government and Public Sector market dynamics
  • Proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior pre-sales experience within a systems integration (SI) organization
