The Pre-Sales Consultant will support sales productivity and deal flowby securing the “commercial and technical close” in complex solutions. The PSCwill collaborate with sales and solution manager to ensure proposed deals includeright solutions that accurately address customer needs.
Will support sales team in winning the deals with target value andmargin.
Responsibilities
- Responsiblefor all pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI response, conceptualizesolutions with support of solution team, proposal preparation, approachdocument preparation, product and services mapping.
- Buildingand maintaining the database repository using previous and existing RFPs, RFIs,Presentations, Case Studies, Capability Presentations, Collaterals etc forfuture reference.
- DevelopBusiness Presentations in line with the organizations business practices.
- Taking theBOM from RFP / Requirement gathered by sales team / solution team.
- Coordinatingwith respective OEMs / contractor / solution team for licensing andprofessional services costing.
- Bidmanagement: Responsible for all pre-sales activities including RFP / RFOresponse, conceptualize solutions, proposal preparation, approach documentpreparation, service mapping.
- Understandclient requirements and conceptualize solutions with support of solution team.To be well acquainted with processes, operations, strategy & financials ofthe company.
- Assist inpreparing solution demo and eventually should handle demos on his/her own.
- MISknowledge Management: Building and maintaining the database repository usingprevious and existing RFPs, RFIs, Presentations, Case studies, CapabilityPresentations, Collaterals etc.
Requirements
- BE / B-Tech (Computer Engineering / InformationTechnology) / BCA/ Bachelor’s degree inAccounting / Inter C A / C.A.or/ ICWA )
- Relevant Experience: 2-3 years in any ERPproduct line or freshers as Trainee
