Pre-Sales Engineer – Visual Inspection

We are looking for a Pre\-Sales Engineer specializing in Visual Inspection Systems to support our sales team in designing and proposing intelligent inspection solutions for industrial clients.
<\/p>

This role involves understanding customer requirements, designing camera\-based inspection systems, and working closely with OEMs, internal engineering teams, and clients to deliver effective and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

1. Solution Design & Pre\-Sales Support<\/b>

  • Understand client requirements for visual and quality inspection systems
    <\/li>
  • Design end\-to\-end solutions including cameras, lighting, lenses, and software
    <\/li>
  • Prepare solution architecture and Bill of Materials (BOM)
    <\/li><\/ul>

    2. Client Engagement<\/b>
    <\/h3>
    • Participate in client meetings and site visits
      <\/li>
    • Conduct requirement gathering and feasibility analysis
      <\/li>
    • Deliver demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
      <\/li><\/ul>

      3. Technical Expertise<\/b>
      <\/h3>
      • Work with machine vision systems and inspection platforms
        <\/li>
      • Select appropriate hardware components based on application
        <\/li>
      • Understand integration with PLCs, SCADA, and automation systems
        <\/li><\/ul>

        4. Proposal & Documentation<\/b>
        <\/h3>
        • Prepare technical proposals with solution details, costing, and timelines
          <\/li>
        • Support RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions
          <\/li><\/ul>

          5. Internal Collaboration<\/b>
          <\/h3>
          • Work closely with sales, engineering, and OEM partners
            <\/li>
          • Ensure solution feasibility and alignment with client requirements
            <\/li><\/ul>

            Required Qualifications<\/b>

            Education<\/b>
            <\/h3>
            • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics / Instrumentation / Robotics
              <\/li><\/ul>

              Experience<\/b>
              <\/h3>
              • 2\u20136 years in machine vision, visual inspection, or industrial automation
                <\/li>
              • Pre\-sales or solutioning experience preferred
                <\/li><\/ul>

                Technical Skills<\/b>
                <\/h3>
                • Understanding of machine vision systems (camera, lens, lighting)
                  <\/li>
                • Basic knowledge of image processing
                  <\/li>
                • Exposure to PLCs and industrial automation systems
                  <\/li><\/ul>

                  • Strong communication and presentation skills
                    <\/li>
                  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
