We are seeking a Business Analyst to support business\ndevelopment initiatives focused on the US market. The role involves market\nanalysis, opportunity assessment, proposal support, and coordination with sales\nand delivery teams. The Business Analyst will help identify growth\nopportunities, analyze client requirements, and support go\-to\-market and sales\nstrategies for the US region.<\/span><\/span>

Analyze US market trends, customer needs, and\ncompetitive landscape<\/span><\/span>

Support business development and sales teams with\nopportunity analysis<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Gather and document client requirements for proposals\nand solutions<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Assist in preparation of RFP/RFI responses, proposals,\nand pitch decks<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Conduct pricing analysis, market sizing, and revenue\nforecasting<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Coordinate with internal teams to align offerings with\nclient needs<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Track sales pipeline, KPIs, and business performance\nmetrics<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Prepare business reports, presentations, and\ndocumentation<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Required Skills<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

Experience as a Business Analyst or in business\ndevelopment support roles<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Strong understanding of the US market and client\nengagement models<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Excellent communication, presentation, and\ndocumentation skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Strong analytical and research capabilities<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM\ntools<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Experience working with US\-based clients<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Knowledge of IT services, consulting, or technology\nsolutions<\/span><\/span>

MBA or Business Analyst certification (CBAP/CCBA)<\/span><\/span>
