Preschool Cleaner

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Preschool Cleaner / Housekeeping Assistant to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the preschool environment. The candidate will help ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for children, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of classrooms, toilets, play areas, offices, pantry, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize children’s tables, chairs, toys, and learning materials
• Dispose of rubbish and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas
• Replenish toilet supplies, soap, tissue, and other cleaning necessities
• Assist in maintaining overall hygiene and safety standards of the preschool
• Support ad-hoc cleaning duties as assigned by management
• Follow workplace safety and hygiene procedures

Requirements:

• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
• Physically fit and able to handle cleaning duties
• Prior cleaning experience is preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a childcare/preschool environment
