Preschool Educator

Job Summary

You will lead a class of preschool children from Nursery to K2 levels, delivering lessons and activities aligned with the preschool curriculum. You will create an engaging and safe learning environment that supports children’s development and fosters strong partnerships with parents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons and activities that align with the preschool curriculum to promote children’s learning and development
• Design and prepare teaching materials and learning center activities to enhance educational engagement
• Organize and maintain the classroom environment to ensure it is conducive to learning and child safety
• Plan and coordinate special events such as graduation concerts and excursions to enrich children’s experiences
• Implement and monitor safety and hygiene protocols to protect children and maintain a healthy childcare environment
• Provide regular, detailed developmental updates and prepare comprehensive developmental portfolios for each child
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings to communicate children’s progress and address parental concerns
• Build and sustain positive relationships with parents through timely feedback and effective communication regarding children’s well-being and development
