Job Responsibilities

• Create a secure learning environment for children through enhancing trusting and respectful relationships

• Enrich children’s learning through co-designing and implementing developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum

• Integrate innovative teaching and learning practices

• Planning of daily learning experiences

• Documentation of children’s learning and development

• Proactive and intentional in strengthening partnerships with families and the community

• Actively engage in center initiatives and support collaborative efforts with the community

• Engage in continuous learning and reflective practice

• Work closely with colleagues and contribute to a culture of collaboration and collegiality

Job Requirements

• ECE diploma

• ECDA L2 certification
