Salary: Up to $6000
Location: CCK
Working Days: Mon-Fri (Min 44 hours)

Key Duties:

• Oversee daily preschool operations to ensure smooth workflow, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor teachers and support staff to maintain high teaching standards and enhance center performance.
• Manage student enrolment, attendance, records, and administrative documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, allocate resources effectively, and control operational expenses.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and the community to promote the preschool's vision, and reputation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Leadership or relevant
• Min 3 years of experience in preschool environment
• Strong capability in overseeing center operations
