Business Growth

  • Manage liability portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients of the Priority lounge with a total banking relationship of over PKR 5 Million in Current account average balances or PKR 7 Million in saving average relationship size.
  • Deposit Mobilization through existing clients and NTB customers to increase branch business portfolio.
  • To cross sell bank’s Retail / Consumer products & services.
  • To sell Wealth Management products, Consumer Finance products and Insurance products.
  • Provide excellent customer service in order to retain and increase relationships.
  • Ensure a clean portfolio with all discrepancies resolved within TAT.
  • Networking with existing and potential clients.
  • Visit top tier Priority customers on a periodic basis as directed to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
  • Ensure 100% action on gaps identified through SQ Reports.
  • Periodically review the existing accounts of their clients to manage attrition of deposits and selling products.
  • Strict adherence to KYC/ AML Guidelines, accounts opening policy & procedures, SBP policies & Circulars and Foreign Exchange Manual.
  • Responsible for cross referring HBL’s Solutions in order to meet Priority customer's present and future needs.

People Management

  • Team leadership and ability to motivate and facilitate the Priority lounge staff
  • Build strong internal relationships with work colleagues.
  • Provide optimal level of customer service to HBL Priority Customers.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's preferably MBA/Masters from a recognized University

Minimum experience:

  • 5 yrs
