Pricing Analyst
Job Profile:
- Owns monthly pricing reporting process including pricing accrual, pricing dashboard by customer/region, vertical, etc. Ensure accurate and timely monthly reports, variance analysis and reconciliation.
- Develop standardized report and analysis template in excel to generate monthly and/or ad hoc pricing analysis and deviation reports on pricing. Analysis to be done by (but not restricted to) customer, region, etc.
- Track & maintain pricing forecast by sales teams / regions. Report opportunities and risk to management on weekly basis.
- Participate in robust Management Operating Systems for reviews with sales managers on all categories of pricing including transactional pricing. Ensure close follow up with sales team for execution of pricing actions.
- Support yearly Pricing AOP (budget) process.
- Support on pricing analysis in driving pricing excellence worldwide. Keep sales team engaged to reach quarterly/yearly pricing targets.
- Participate in the development and implementation of global online pricing tool. Act as admin for online pricing tool to control & monitor the process flow.
- Owns Sales team performance scorecard management to track and report metric results Vs target on monthly basis. Coordinate with each metric owner in order to have the monthly actuals as per deadline.
Education and Skills Requirement:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (business, pricing, commercials, Finance etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.
- Expert user of Advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skill set. Accurate and detail orientated.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working within a global team with diverse backgrounds.
- Flexible to work in shift timing (1pm to 10 pm)
