Pricing & Business Performance Lead

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Pricing & Business Performance Lead, you will drive sales growth, margin optimization, and overall profitability in the Sales Market by owning and executing pricing strategies across the full product lifecycle. You will translate commercial and financial objectives into data-driven pricing and business decisions, ensuring strong market positioning and alignment with demand and supply planning. Through continuous monitoring of sales, stock, and margin performance, you will optimize in-season execution and enable fast, insight-led decision-making. You will provide robust business analysis, scenario modelling, and actionable insights. By strengthening ways of working and enhancing pricing processes, tools, and reporting, you will contribute to more effective execution of commercial strategies and sustained business results. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market Türkiye, consisting of Türkiye, Kazakhstan and Georgia.

You will:

  • Own and drive pricing for the TR market across the full product lifecycle
  • Define pricing for new products and manage in-season price adjustments
  • Monitor sales, stock, and margin performance to optimize pricing decisions
  • Conduct competitor analysis and ensure strong market positioning
  • Ensure alignment between pricing strategies and commercial targets with Commercial Team
  • Ensure pricing accuracy across systems and channels
  • Continuously improve pricing processes, tools, and reporting
  • Provide local market insights (e.g., seasonality, demand patterns) to support planning decisions
  • Analyse market demand into quantification with Commercial Team
  • Work closely with Local Controlling and Global Central Controlling team to drive profitability
  • Build strong understanding of P&L and key financial drivers
  • Perform business analysis & scenario modelling, margin and profitability assessments, impact analysis of pricing and commercial decisions
  • Enable decision-making through data-driven commercial and financial insights
  • Drive actions that directly impact sales, margin, and overall business performance

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As a Pricing & Business Performance Lead, you will act as a key link between Commercial, Controlling, and Global teams, improving transparency and coordination across functions. You will be the member of the Commercial Team and collaborate with Commercial Leads, Commercial Space BA, Commercial BA and E-com Leads.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Pricing, Controlling, Retail merchandising or Commercial Analysis preferably in fashion
  • Strong understanding of pricing, demand planning, and P&L dynamics
  • Strong planning, prioritization and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable improvements
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
