Primary Math Tutor (Part Time)

Tuition Centre in AMK requires Part Time Math Tutor:

Tutor Responsibilities:

· Teach Primary math classes to around 2 to 12 students per class (online and hybrid classes).

· Well-versed with PSLE syllabus

· Must be able to conduct webinars on primary math for parents and students.

.Comfortable to appear on social media videos

· Engage parents and guardians to communicate students' progress and areas for improvement, ensuring a strong partnership between Keynote Learning and families.

· Edit Math material, worksheets, PowerPoint Slides.

· Stay informed about Singapore's math education's latest trends, research, and developments.

· Being able to teach Secondary Math will be an added advantage.

· Mark online homework and physical homework.

· Provide useful feedback to students.

· Do video recordings of lessons.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in teaching Math at Primary levels, demonstrating a deep understanding of the curriculum and effective instructional strategies.

- Possess knowledge of Math pedagogy, standards, and assessment practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.

- Proficiency in utilizing educational technology and learning management systems to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

2 X P5 Math Classes and 2 x P6 Math Classes a week

(2 hours per class)

$50-$70/hour
