Principal Consultant

Must have 10+ years of experience in banking technology, software delivery, or digital transformation programs.
Hands on experience in leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital banking transformation, modernization, and migration programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivery milestones.
Proven experience leading large-scale application modernization, migration, and digital banking initiatives.
Extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Cloud Platforms, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
Experience managing senior stakeholders, vendors, and geographically distributed teams within a regulated financial services environment.
Exposure to Payments, Treasury, Liquidity Management, Financial Reference Data, or Core Banking domains will be advantageous.
