Principal Consultant

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories for digital banking and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end digital solutions, manage project timelines, and resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Lead digital channel enhancement initiatives, including chatbot implementation and guided conversation design, to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, test scenario creation, and production support to ensure high-quality application delivery.
  • Utilize analytical and technical skills with SQL, JIRA, Microsoft Excel, and VBA to support business analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to provide user training, manage change requests, and facilitate successful implementation of digital transformation projects within the banking domain.
