Principal Consultant

Provide Level 2 support for Java-based applications across production and non-production environments.
Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
Ability to understand, analyze, and troubleshoot existing application code.
Experience working in a production support environment is preferred.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLAs.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting purposes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex issues and ensure application stability.
