We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect (.NET / Distributed Systems) to design and evolve scalable, high‑performance, cloud-native platforms. You will define architecture, set technical standards, and work closely with engineering teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the architecture for distributed systems and microservices built on C#/.NET Core.
  • Design and guide implementation of event-driven systems using Kafka and Redis.
  • Establish patterns and best practices for gRPC-based inter-service communication.
  • Architect solutions on Azure Cloud, including containerized workloads on Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to translate business requirements into cohesive technical designs.
  • Review solution designs and critical code, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
  • Mentor and guide developers and senior engineers on design principles, patterns, and implementation strategies.

Your Profile

  • Must have 10–12 years of demonstrated experience in software engineering, with significant time in senior/lead roles.
  • Proven expertise in C#/.NET Core, SQL, and microservices / distributed systems.
  • Hands-on architectural experience with Kafka, Redis, and gRPC in production environments.
  • Strong experience designing and deploying systems on Azure, using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working close to production systems.
  • Able to influence technical direction across teams and mentor others effectively.
  • Adaptable and curious, with a strong motivation to continuously improve both systems and ways of working.
  • Knowledge about Investment banking, Trading, Asset Management system would be plus
