Principal Engineer

Role accountabilities:

Lead and oversee project delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved and aligned with regional expectations
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Drive digital innovation, automation, and process improvements in project delivery
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance capability, standards, and best practices
Help build GEC capability and technical leadership in line with future Service & Client need.
Engage with the senior leadership in the Region around technical matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in civil/urban development projects
Strong knowledge of engineering design, site development, standards, and permitting processes
Proficiency in Autocad, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and 2D/3D design tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative mindset
